• Accepted Payment Methods

  We accept payment via credit/debit cards, Klana, and other methods as listed at checkout. All payments must be authorised before dispatch.

• Prices and Taxes

All prices listed on our website include VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

• Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within [1–2 working days]. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Orders may be restricted to the UK or selected territories.

• Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Exclusions apply to: Perishable goods (e.g. opened coffee bags), Custom or personalised products.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
