  • We carefully select the coffees we roast, working closely with growers and suppliers to ensure we source only the highest quality beans.

  • Each coffee cherry is hand-picked to guarantee that only the ripest, best-quality fruit is harvested.

  • The washed process produces a clean, bright cup that highlights the coffee’s natural acidity and origin characteristics. By removing the fruit early, it allows for greater consistency and clarity in flavour. It’s a preferred method for showcasing delicate, complex notes in specialty-grade coffees.

  • We roast in small batches, made to order, allowing us to prioritize quality and deliver the freshest beans possible.

  • For the best flavour experience, we recommend allowing our coffee to rest in its sealed bag for at least 7 -14 days after the roast date. This resting period lets excess carbon dioxide naturally release, allowing the coffee’s aroma and nuanced flavours to fully develop.

  • We ship our coffee exclusively as whole beans—to preserve maximum freshness and deliver the fullest, most vibrant cup every time.
